SPORTS PHYSICALS
Pratt Family Practice will be offering Sport Physicals on May 13, 2008 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at their offices. Cost of the physicals is $25.00. Physical forms will be available in the PHS office beginning May 1st.
If you have your form completed and signed by your parents on the 13th, you can turn it in before leaving the doctor's office and you will be set for sport participation through the 2008-2009 school year.
SENIORS
Pick up a copy of your transcript in the office to check and make sure all your activities and sports are correct.
The library will be closed May 14.
All library books and materials need to
be turned in. All fines will be need to be paid by May 19th.
Seniors
Any senior who doesn't need their TI-83 or higher calculator can sell it back to the school for $35-$40 depending on condition. See Mrs. Phillippi, Mr. Jackson, or Mrs. Crump if interested.

Students...
Speakers, actors, and stagehands interested in an alternative to competitive forensics/debate or communications classes to complete speech requirements for graduation are encouraged to see Mrs. West at the Activity Fair on May 13th or in her room at 305 Pedigo any time before school is out. One section of speech/drama will be offered spring semester next year with a limited enrollment. Class projects include special occasion speeches, radio drama, scenes, one-act play, and supporting the school productions with set and costume construction, ticket sales, ushering, and publicity. You must be willing to perform in front of a variety of audiences to enroll. Some after school time is required for productions.

Interested in volunteering to help others this summer? Hospice
is looking for volunteers to help people write their life stories. There is
a short training program on June 10-12. If you are interested you need to
register by May 28th. Call Gail Zook at 672-7553. More information is

PCC Kick-Off Days!
Pratt Community College will have the next Kick-Off Days on:April 23rd and May 21st You must sign up ahead of the date scheduled, call 450-2217 to sign up. Deadline is April 18th for April 23rd. Bring your letter from PCC to the office be excused that day. If you DO NOT have your letter from PCC, you will NOT be excused.

Kansas Private College Week
June 2 - 6th is Kansas Private College Week. Member colleges are hosting sessions each day giving brief presentations about programs, grants and scholarships and application processes.
